Dark Forest Arts: 10 Day Return / Refund Policy
Dark Forest Arts has a No Return Policy by default. This means we do not offer returns or refunds for orders in which the customer made a mistake in size, color, or buyer's remorse.
If contacted within 10 Days from delivery of the product, and a Refund or Return is requested, we will attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement first. However, if there is an issue with the workmanship or quality of the product that we could not resolve in replacement, we may consider a refund for this circumstance. We prefer this to be a last resort, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are currently only available to contact via email. Be prepared to provide the name of the purchaser, Order #, Order Date, & the Website that the purchase was made, as we are expanding to multiple platforms. Provide a brief explanation of the issue as best as possible in the body of the email, and attach photographs of the evident quality issue.
The damaged or unsatisfactory product is not required to be returned by mail.
We will strive to provide you a quality product, and we always appreciate the business our community commits.
We do work with a third party partner who fulfills our orders, from printing, to shipment. All evidence of print or material quality issues must be provided to, and approved by our fulfillment partner from Dark Forest Arts. You may submit print or material quality issues, and requests for Refund or Replacement to the email address in the footer of this page. (Please add the nature of the request in the Subject Line):
